Payments will be accepted through PayPal only. Shipment will be made by US Priority Mail within 48 hours after receipt of payment.
We make every effort to work with reputable suppliers, but we must rely on them for accurate information as to the quality and content of the components we use. We do our best to purchase lead-free components, however some items may contain a negligible amount of lead, and therefore are not suitable for children. Magnetic beads or clasps are NOT suitable for children or for anyone with a pacemaker. To be safe, do not allow small children access to any jewelry as it may pose a choking hazard.
We do our best to portray our products exactly as they are. However, photos do not always capture the exact colors, sizes, etc., so items may be slightly different than their pictures. We do our own photography so please don't judge it too harshly. lol
We want you to be very happy with your jewelry :). Our products are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days. If any of our products need to be returned for minor repairs please use the return form enclosed with your order. Please be sure to explain why the item is being sent back for repair. For your protection, you may want to insure the package for the value of the contents. Do not send C.O.D, use a sturdy box and keep your receipt.
Refunds will not be issued if the item has been obviously mistreated. If a refund is necessary it will be issued to your PayPal account or the item will be repaired and returned to you, whichever you prefer. Shipping charges cannot be refunded unless it is clearly our mistake. (Nobody's perfect.)
Customer will pay shipping for returned items. Lazy Bead Ranch will pay shipping to send repaired items back to you.
Arizona residents will be charged 8.72% sales tax. (Boo! but we have to do it.)
